In TSNE480, the colors, corresponding to the voting percentages in each party, blank or invalid votes,
or abstention were spacially distributed by the algorithm t-SNE (t-distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding), implemented
with the Python Programming Language by Duarte Cabrita.
