Set in the present, Coral tells a story of a predictable future. Coral holds on to current climate and environmental anxieties, exploring its consequent catastrophe. Coral also finds the rebirth of the world after its extinction, just so that in the end, its vitality is once again threatened. Coral is subject and action. Coral mirrors the way humanity took nature for granted. Coral pours the sin of the human action, the thread of hope in the resurrection, and the concern of future uncertainty. Coral leaves and open ending for the new humanity. Coral invites the audience to decide if, once again, the future will affirm itself as predictable.
