Duarte created a triptych - Eleições 720p (Elections 720p) - for the exhibition dali Show 2024 - Strugling for democracy and self-determination: war death life peace.

Eleições 720p uses three algorithms to show the results of the portuguese parliament elections in 2024. In each algorithm, the percentage of each color represents the voting share of the party with that color. For instance, the percentage of red represents the percentage of voters in Bloco de Esquerda (Left Block). Black represents the percentage of people that didn't vote. Each algorithm - uniform random distribution, PCA: principal components analysis, and t-SNE: T-distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding - shows exactly the same percentage of colors, but spacially distributed in a specific way. All algorithms were implemented, in the Phython programming language, by the author.

According to Duarte, the digital tryptych presents a different perspective, on the last elections, through algorithmic eyes, in which the pixel colors reflect the results, darkened by abstention.
